A care team will work closely with you to identify treatment goals tailored to meet your specific needs, and, if necessary, connect you with other community resources that may enrich your treatment program

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please immediately call 911.

Next Steps

First, you will come in for an initial evaluation. We offer evaluations for new clients on a first-come, first-served basis
Treatment Plan
You and your therapist will work together to develop a Treatment Plan or "road map" to assist you in reaching your treatment goals. You and your therapist will review your Treatment Plan regularly to ensure that you are receiving the necessary services to support you in your treatment goals.
